Mercedes Unveils new S-Class Coupe

With the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show underway, Mercedes-Benz took the stage to unveil their latest S-Class Coupe concept – and man, does it look good!

The new S-Class is expected to replace the existing CL Coupe. Although there are some similarities between the new concept and the existing one, Mercedes has made sure that the new Coupe is something you would want to want.

The S-Class Coupe Concept is expected to go on sale in the United States in 2015. (more…)

New Ford Concept revealed – and it’s Fairytale like

The new Ford concept car is almost like the perfect hero or Prince Charming in a fairytale.

The American company has revealed it’s latest MPV concept a few weeks ahead of it’s official debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September.

Ford’s new baby carries the S-Max name and is a testament to the next generation of the popular car of the same name that is sold outside of the United States.

The S-Max Concept features new styling details which will appear  on the Ford Motor Company models. (more…)

The Mercedes ‘Vision’ Golf Cart

Mercedes-Benz has come up with their rendition of a (very) futuristic looking new age golf cart.

This plug-in electric golf cart is electrically driven and powered by a solar panel charged battery. So it is not only a sleek, modernised version of a traditional golf cart, but a greener, eco-friendly option too. (more…)

BMW i3 to be Unveiled July 29th

BMW i3

BMW will officially unveil their final production version of the all electric i3 at the end of the month.

The i3 is the first car from the German manufacturer’s all electric range. The next car in BMW’s electric i-range, will be the i8 supercar, which will debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September.

BMW’s space-like i3 will make it’s debut on July 29th. Ironically enough, this is two years to the day since the i3 Concept was unveiled.  (more…)

Peugeot to publicly demonstrate Onyx concept car at Goodwood Festival

Peugeot is planning to show off their latest concept car, the Onyx, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in England this July.

The Onyx was first unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in September of 2012, but it’s appearance at the Goodwood festival will be it’s very first public demonstration.

The Onyx is a diesel-hybrid car, with a carbon fibre shell and wings and doors that are made from pure copper. The copper wings and doors attribute to the futuristic look of this concept car.

The idea is that the copper is polished to a mirror finish and then left unprotected. This means that the copper will change in colour as it begins to oxidize.


Hyundai HND-9 concept revealed

Hyundai has debuted the new HND-9 coupe concept at the 2013 Seoul Motor Show in South Korea that the company is saying is a  preview of a “next-generation luxury sports coupe”.

The HND-9,  the ninth concept model developed by Hyundai’s R&D Center in Namyang, Korea, represents an evolution of Hyundai’s fluidic sculpture design philosophy with an elongated hood, butterfly doors and hexagonal-shaped grille.

The vehicle is equipped with 3.3-litre turbo GDi engine and 8-speed auto transmission delivering 362 horsepower, a wheelbase measuring 9.4 feet and 22-inch light alloys wheels with carbon elements.
